If you were looking for GNetTek.com you are in the right place.  As all businesses do, we have matured and changed to suit market needs and our name change reflects that. (Well, Ok, I guess I have to admit when I opened on Main St I tried to come up with a catchy name that would stick in people’s minds.  Or maybe I was being a bit cheeky/cheesy.  Shrug, I don’t know) But I do know people know me as me, so that’s what I’m going with.

For now you can still reach us at 413-773-5444 , Leave a message if we don’t answer, sometimes we’re busy or out of range. These days I operate out of my home which means I have more time for you instead of tying to keep the doors of a shop open & paying rent. I do offer free pickup and delivery within the greater Greenfield Area and within 10 miles of downtown Greenfield. Nominal Charges may apply beyond 10 miles.  (For the moment anyway,   if gas doesn’t go up too much.  The old pickup gets lousy mileage)

If you know me, you know I’m pretty easy-going and easy to work with. We do Computer Repair but I’ll tell you when it’s not worth fixing, when it’s marginal and when it’s worthwhile.  I’ll give recommendations on what to buy and where and I won’t feel slighted when you do business elsewhere.  Hell, if you need me too, I’ll arrange the purchases for you and even go get it if need be. (Yes, I do charge for that service)

I understand when times are tight and you need to save every dollar and I won’t judge when you decide to fix even a machine that isn’t worthwhile because it saves you a few dollars over purchasing even a cheap new machine..

While every business needs to be profitable, including me, I refuse to be the sort who will beat you out of every dollar I can,  I live here too.

I’m glad to give advice and chat so feel free to ask a question if you run into me,  it costs nothing and it’s always nice to meet new friends.

I try to provide depth of information so you understand things that may affect you that you are not aware of.  Check my blog posts out,  there will be a lot of information there as things move forward.
